BhimaVaani Enterprises is a sole proprietorship based in Karnataka, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the digital products and services we offer. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or making a payment for any BhimaVaani service or product, you agree to these Terms.
BhimaVaani offers two categories of offerings:
All offerings are digital products or software/technology services. BhimaVaani does not sell or ship physical goods.
Most engagements begin with a quote or scope discussion. Final pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are confirmed with you before any payment is collected. Where payments are processed online, they are handled by a third-party payment provider such as Paddle. Payments made through Paddle are for eligible digital products, software services, subscriptions, website packages, and technology services only.
Each service engagement is defined by a scope of work agreed with you in writing (email, message, or quote) before work begins. Deliverables, revisions, and timelines are specific to that agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, assets, or access (e.g. domain, hosting, accounts) reasonably required to complete your project. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.
Websites, applications, automations, and other deliverables are delivered digitally — typically via file transfer, deployment to hosting you control, or access credentials. There is no physical shipment involved in any BhimaVaani service or product.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (such as a website or application built specifically for you) transfers to you upon full payment. BhimaVaani retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and its own digital products (including any in-development SaaS, app, or agri/fitness/wellness products), and may reuse general know-how and non-confidential components across engagements.
You agree not to use BhimaVaani's services or products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to build or distribute content that is fraudulent, harmful, or abusive. BhimaVaani may decline or discontinue work that violates this policy.
BhimaVaani does not sell physical goods, regulated products, financial services, gambling or betting services, adult content, medicines, or paid medical/healthcare services.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which explains how refunds are assessed before and after work begins, and for digital products and subscriptions.
BhimaVaani provides services and products on an "as available" basis and works in good faith to deliver agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, BhimaVaani's total liability for any claim relating to a service or product is limited to the amount paid for that specific service or product. BhimaVaani is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
BhimaVaani may update, expand, or discontinue specific services or products (including early-stage digital products) as the business evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to inform active customers of changes that materially affect an ongoing engagement or subscription.
